Samalaju Properties Sdn Bhd officially opened its Samalaju Resort Hotel located within the Samalaju Industrial Park (SIP) on 18 October 2016.

The opening of the 23-acre hotel and resort attributes to a major milestone for Samalaju and Sarawak Corridor of Renewable Energy (SCORE). Strategically located within the SIP, the 175-room business cum leisure resort is targeted at both short-term and longer-term guests who are seeking accessibility, convenience amidst an ‘oasis of tranquillity’.
