Quantity Surveyor (Based at PPES Works (Sarawak) Sdn Bhd, Sarikei)

Responsibilities:

• Pre & Post Contracts Administration
• Review of Projects Proposals Bills of Quantities & Drawings
• Taking Off Quantities
• Assisting in Preparation of Projects Tender Documentations / Submissions
• Assisting in Preparation of Clients & Contractor’s Claims submission / payments
• Assisting in Projects Progress Updating & Status Monitoring
• Preparation & monitoring of Statutory Documents requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveyor or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years working experience
• Proficient in written & spoken English & Bahasa Malaysia
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications with Project Management Software an advantage
• Proactive, creative, innovative & results oriented
