Responsibilities

  • Ensure high levels of customer (internal) satisfaction are accomplished;
  • Jointly developing and implementing category strategies set by the Category Manager to drive direction and results;
  • Managing sourcing projects, key initiatives, and supplier negotiations;
  • Verifying spend analysis, market insights, SLA’s and total cost of ownership;
  • Assessing current business and legal risks in existing and or new contracts based on Contract Management guidelines set;
  • Drafting contracts and/or statements of work;
  • Building accountability for supplier performance relative to contracted service levels;
  • Managing supplier pay terms in adherence to contract;
  • Be an example driver of change, compliance, and continuous improvement in procurement and other related departments;
  • Ensure that all other duties set by the line Manager are being completed in a timely manner.

Requirements

  • 3 years experience as a Buyer or in an operational procurement function;
  • Experience managing vendor relationships and/or the resolution of issues in a cross-functional environment preferred;
  • Detailed understanding of contract terms, monitoring activities, and required due diligence;
  • Ability to communicate and articulate vendor performance issues and due diligence items to appropriate parties both internally and externally.
  • Ability to archive/document evidence of compliance to enterprise vendor governance/audit standards.
  • Understand and mitigate the inherent and residual risks of vendor relationships (Info sec., Privacy, Business continuation, criticality)

Responsibilities

  • A category expert to identify market leaders and trends while conducting ongoing research and recommends new and upcoming category initiatives that exceed internal customers’ wants and expectations;
  • Must operate cross-functionally with Operations, Finance, IT, and other related departments to support bottom-line cost;
  • Set and meet KPI objectives and targets for savings, turnaround time and supply security;
  • Applies and implements SCM (Supply Chain Management) standards, tools, and processes in a multi-business organization;
  • Meet regularly with critical suppliers for discussion on performance, planning, pricing, and future development activities;
  • Lead internal cross-functional efforts to identify and quickly implement cost-reduction activities;
  • Coordinate efforts of inter-company sourcing teams focused on reducing cost through utilizing purchasing leverage, standardization, technology changes, and overall market knowledge;
  • Ensure that all other duties set by the line manager are being completed in a timely manner.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in direct/indirect procurement with demonstrated successful career path;
  • Strong acumen in indirect categories, supply markets, strategic sourcing principles, contract and supplier management;
  • Minimum 7 years of progressively responsible procurement, supply chain, commercial contract development, or contract management experience required;
  • 5 years of SAP or other ERP system background is desirable.

  • To transport concrete and operate mixer truck;
  • To transport the concrete in a fast and efficient manner;
  • To ensure all the concrete inside the truck is completely discharged during pouring;
  • To ensure the inside and outside of the mixer drum are completely clean after each pour;
  • To operate the truck strictly based on operating procedure as per manual;
  • Any other task assigned from time to time.

Requirements

  • Must possess relevant driving license;
