Responsibilities: 

  • Plan, schedule and implement road maintenance works;
  • Liaising with JKR Divisional level on road maintenance activities;
  • Monitor sub-contractors’ and suppliers’ performance to ensure all works done are complied with set deadline, and quality, occupational safety, health and environmental requirements;
  • Monitor and evaluate operational efficiency and effectiveness and recommend work methods, resources, maintenance strategy to ensure improved performance.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Engineering (Civil);
  • Minimum 7 years working experience in Road Maintenance or Construction;
  • Well verse with Road Management and Maintenance System;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Application & Project Management Software;
  • Have knowledge of REAM technical requirements relating to road works and slope;
  • Need to know and keep abreast with procurement policies and procedures, IMS requirements, GLOA policies, fundamental HSE regulations and procedures.

Head Of Engineering (CMS Roads Sdn Bhd)

Responsibilities:

  • Defining and ensuring implementation of operating guidelines for team;
  • Formulate plan, allocate resources to meet the agreed contractual and financial targets under the existing long-term road maintenance contracts;
  • Driving team performance to ensure that deliverables are met on time, as per the set contract, safety, and quality requirements;
  • Ensuring delivery of technical solutions according to customer requirements;
  • Driving development of processes/practices in Civil Engineering based on customer feedback;
  • Providing engineering support for the road maintenance activities under the existing long-term road maintenance contracts and ensuring that the resources required to deliver the technical solutions are correctly accounted (e.g. the requirements for safety, technical competence, quality, schedule and cost);
  • Assist in identify, evaluate & recommend new Engineering technologies, equipment or systems to enhance the company’s operational efficiency;
  • Ensuring that the engineering team is adequately resourced, developed, and equipped to meet business needs.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Engineering (Civil);
  • Civil Engineering with at least 7 years’ experience in road construction &/or maintenance;
  • A registered Professional Engineer (PE) with the Board of Engineers, Malaysia;
  • Experience in preparing Engineering Designs & technical proposals for roads or highways & related Civil Engineering works;
  • Experience in preparing Engineering Designs & technical proposals for roads or highways & related Civil Engineering works;
  • Demonstrated ability to develop, implement and execute effective KPI’s;

Head Of Commercial & Business Development (CMS Roads Sdn Bhd)

Responsibilities

Commercial

  • Develop strategies to realise commercial opportunities and minimise risks to the business;
  • Assist to prepare contract packaging for road maintenance works and coordinates with Consultancy, Contract and Finance Divisions to procure the necessary resources and services to implement the works;
  • Assist to plan, organise and control road maintenance activities under the existing long-term road maintenance contracts in order to fulfil the company’s obligation under the contract to ensure complete satisfaction of the clients and road users;
  • Assist to secure Instructed Works to ensure business growth;
  • Monitor performance and progress of Instructed Works and ensure all payment claims to clients are promptly submitted;
  • Liaising and coordinating with clients, relevant Departments, Ministries and Agencies on matters pertaining to the existing long-term road maintenance contracts.

 

Business Development

  • Creating business development plans and forecasting revenue targets and growth projections;
  • Identifying commercial opportunities through meetings, networking and other channels;
  • Meeting existing and potential clients and building positive relationships;
  • Liaising with colleagues to develop business development strategies;
  • Support, coordinate and drive all business development activities in the company;
  • Gathering of market intelligence, and conduct competitor analysis and benchmarking studies.

 

Requirements:  

  • Possess Degree in Quantity Surveying / Business Administration / Business Management / Economics or other related disciplines;
  • Minimum 7 years’ relevant business, technical, leadership and channel management experience; 
  • Track record in successfully driving sales, managing a P&L and delivering value to an organisation
  • Have good leadership, interpersonal and communication skills with strong inclination towards quality management practices;
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with strong communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

 

  • Plan, manage, schedule and implement the security for infrastructure, systems and network procedures;
  • Build processes and procedures for IT security related activities;
  • Monitor and protect against IT security threats with regular and effective oversight, testing, awareness building and employee training;
  • Focuses on incident, request and change management, ensuring that specific Service Level Agreements are met;
  • Perform security infrastructure upgrades, security projects and infrastructure enhancements;

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in a computer field;

  • 8 years or more of experience leading technology projects in a high uptime, telecom, call center, Software-as-a-Service environment and Infrastructure-as-a-Service is preferred;
  • Preferably with CISSP/CISM or any IT security certifications;
  • Experience with ISO27001 program implementation, certification and maintenance is a plus;
  • In-depth knowledge of Windows and Linux server environments;
  • Ability to maintain composure and sound judgment in high-pressure environments;
  • Demonstrated leadership and personnel/project management skills;
