Executive, Erp (Finance) (CMS I-Systems Sdn Bhd)

Responsibilities:

  • Configuration of Master Data;
  • Prepare End user Training Documents/Manual;
  • Perform Functionality Testing, Report Testing and Integration Testing;
  • Analysis of Blueprint Document and detailed understanding of the business requirements;

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in Finance/Accounting or equivalent qualification;
  • Basic IT Skills (Operating Systems, Excel, Word, Visio (Good to Have), Balsamiq (Good to Have) & Power point;
  • Being a self-starter with solid interpersonal skills, projecting a very positive customer-oriented attitude.

Responsibilities:

  • Carry out necessary inspections & monitoring to check for compliances with the requirement of EMP, EIA & EMR, established procedures & any other requirement from the authorities;
  • Identify potential sources of pollution & propose appropriate mitigation plans & supervise corrective measures to take; 
  • To investigate any environmental incident/accident if there is any occurrence; 
  • To record daily reports on environmental issues; 
  • To keep abreast on all current & new legislation, code of practice pertaining to environmental activities;

Requirements:

  • Possess at least Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree/Post-Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Environmental/Health Safety) or equivalent;
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills (English and Bahasa Malaysia both verbal and written);
  • Familiar with Environmental Management System (EMS), ISO 14001:2015 & Scheduled Waste Management;
  • Possess a Competent CePSWaM registered with DOE is an added advantage.
