Electrical And Instrumentation Supervisor

Responsibilities:

Maintain and ensure all employees comply with regulatory & company requirements for personal & facility safety
To lead on diagnosing, identifying and rectification of the problem during electrical, instrumentation, respective operating system, DCS & PLC breakdown
Provide leadership with all preventive, predictive and reactive maintenance and reliability functions of the factory electrical, instrumentation, respective operating system, DCS & PLC
Lead in continuous improvement to minimize plant downtime through work order documentation, failure analysis and RCA process
Contribute to the development of specific procedures, work instructions, repair plans, inspection and testing schedules and ensure compliance for both electrical & instrumentation equipment
Assist Project Management on any Plant Improvement Project that involve Electrical & Instrumentation scope of work
Management of the electrical and instrumentation parts inventory including asset control, usage tracking, obsolescence reduction
Identify and implement training and development for E&I Technicians to ensure the necessary people skills and resources are applied currently and in the future

Requirements:

8 to 10 years working experience in chemical/ heavy industry operation and maintenance field
Experience and knowledgeable on electrical equipment and installation (MV/LV/SWGR/Power Transformer/EDG) and must have knowledge of MSB, MCC, Inverter and AC motor
Excellence understanding and experience in Conventional Field Instruments, DCS, PLC, SCADA System., Fire Alarm System, CCTV System, HVAC Control System
A comprehensive knowledge of relevant legal regulations and LOTO procedure
EIU Switching certificate holder will be added advantage
Able to read, write and speak in English and Bahasa Malaysia
Able to read, write and speak in Mandarin will be added advantage
Willing to work in shift

Plant Operator (Utilities)

Responsibilities:

To operate, monitor and record process utility systems, maintain and troubleshoot the process utility facilities as per job instruction or assignment in accordance to business operating system requirement to ensure maintaining high platform unit availability and reliability, optimal cost of production, high degree of platform process safety and highest plant efficiency under the supervision of Shift Supervisor
To start up the plant or equipment or any process utility facilities after interruptions and to follow up with the root cause analysis and to eliminate re occurrence
To monitor, maintain and optimize process utility parameters (level, flow, temperature, pressure etc.) with operating requirements
Operate on assigned unit and report any abnormalities to ensure any abnormalities and process upset is identified and necessary action is being taken immediately
To check daily process utility equipment data and make minor adjustments as when required to ensure equipment performance are within control range i.e. Cooling Water system, Demin Water Plant, Nitrogen Plant, Air Compressors Unit, and Waste Water Treatment Plant and etc

Requirements:

Minimum MCE/SPM level
Minimum 3 Years working experiences in the Manufacturing & Plant Industry
Able to communicate well in English and Bahasa Malaysia
Relevant working experiences in Cooling Water system, Demin Water Plant, Nitrogen Plant, Air Compressors Unit, and Waste Water Treatment Plant is an added advantage

Plant Operator (Production Plant)

Responsibilities:

To execute shift production task in accordance with standard operating procedure
To execute the instruction from control panel operator
To constantly communicate with control panel operator as well as relevant production personnel and to assist mechanical, electrical and instrumentation personnel to conduct necessary work on site
To regulate the process operating condition eg. temperature, pressure, flow etc when required
To observe and check the instrumentation reading and products appearance
To inspect equipment operating condition based on the guidelines
To comply with safety and health practices at work
To keep working area clean and organized
To complete any task assigned by plant supervisor

Requirements:

Minimum SPM level
2 years experience in manufacturing/ production industry but those without any working experience are encouraged to apply
Able to communicate well in English and Bahasa Malaysia
Ability to communicate in mandarin will be an advantage

Control Panel Operator (Production Plant)

Responsibilities:

To operate the plant based on operating, startup and shut down procedure
To observe panel readings, record and ensure stable operating conditions as per standard operating procedure
To adjust the metering, switches, valve and levers from control panel or give instruction to the field operator to regulate the process conditions such as flow rates, temperature, pressures, time etc
Responsible to monitor the production site condition through CCTV
Responsible to collect, feedback and report all the necessary production information. Information delivered must be clear and accurate
To respond to alarm signal according to standard operating procedure
To comply all safety and health requirement at work
To report to and complete any tasks assigned by the shift supervisor

Requirements:

Minimum SPM Level
3 years’ working experience in manufacturing/ production operation industry
Experience in field operation and control panel is an advantage
Able to communicate well in English and Bahasa Malaysia
Ability to communicate in mandarin will be an advantage
