Responsibilities:

  • Comply with regulatory & company requirements for personal & facility safety
  • To perform preventive, predictive and reactive maintenance on electrical, instrumentation, respective operating system, DCS & PLC
  • Adaptable and able to quickly learnt to work independently with less Supervision
  • Understand Maintenance Strategy on equipment servicing and repair work
  • Knowledge on the safe and correct handling of tools and equipment
  • Responsible in ensuring that all calibration, procedures are performed accurately and timely
  • Performed equipment monitoring and analysis
  • Complete Maintenance and Repair work as per planning and scheduling
  • Ownership for equipment custodian with good knowledge and ensuring parts and tools are available
  • Provide inputs to the team on continuous improvements required to perform better job and safely
  • Support in plant initiatives and projects execution
  • Willing to work shift or any schedule to meet the operational needs
  • Ready to respond to plant emergency situation

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of working experience in the related fields with experience and knowledge in chemical/ heavy operation and maintenance
  • Knowledgeable in field instrumentation, DCS, PLC, Inverter, MSB, MCC and motors
  • Knowledgeable in building services repair and maintenance works including minor repair work in the substation
  • Willing to work in shift
  • Able to read and write in English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Able to read, write and speak in Mandarin will be an advantage

Electrical Switching Personnel (Up to 33kV)

Responsibilities:

  • To perform routine switching for 4 nos. of 33kV electric furnace
  • To perform isolation or de-isolation according to LOTO and EPTW process
  • To operate and maintain 275KV Substations and all associated unit substations
  • Performs switching procedures during operation, planned and emergency repairs and outages up to 33kV
  • Analyze plant energy consumptions
  • Responsible for coordination for all switching and relaying
  • Responsible for consideration of and compliance to applicable design & safety standards
  • Undertake other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by the Management from time to time and when necessary
  • To communicate with SDC on plant operation at all times

Requirements:

  • EIU certified switching personnel up to 33kV
  • Experienced in operation and maintenance of substations up to 33kV or 275kV
  • Able to read and write in English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Able to read, write and speak in Mandarin will be an added advantage
  • Min 5 years working experience in substation or heavy/chemical manufacturing industry
  • Willing to work on shift

Mechanical Supervisor

  • Supervise and lead team of technicians
  • Able to plan and coordinate the schedule for preventive maintenance work, service and repair programs
  • Diagnosing, troubleshooting and solving the problem during equipment breakdown and minimize equipment downtime
  • Execute equipment audits, record and reporting

Requirements:

  • 8 to 10 years maintenance experience in production and manufacturing industry or related fields.
  • Preferably with 3 years experience in supervisory position
  • Good communication and organization skill
  • Able to read, write and speak in English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Able to read, write and speak in Mandarin will be added advantage

Plant Supervisor (Production Plant)

Responsibilities:

  • To execute shift production task in accordance with production planning
  • To respond quickly and practically to any emergencies and unplanned shutdown during shift production
  • To ensure that plant performance achieves plant targeted productivity and specified product quality as per customers’ requirement
  • To ensure team work among operators include other dept as well and ensure all delegated the tasks are completed timely
  • Issue of permit to work including LOTO if needed, ensure safe isolation and condition of equipment
  • To schedule shift work for the team
  • To prepare production report
  • To ensure the operation team comply with all safety and health requirement at work
  • To ensure the work area is clean and organized
  • To provide training and coaching of operators
  • To report to plant manager and complete all tasks that are assigned by plant manager

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum SPM Level or equivalent technical certificate with good supervisory and communication skill
  • 8-10 years working experience in manufacturing/ production industry, with at least 2 years’ experience in supervisory position
  • Able to speak, read and write in English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Ability to communicate in mandarin will be an advantage
  • Experience in operating control panel is an advantage
  • Not color blind

Plant Supervisor (Utilities)

Responsibilities:

  • To plan, lead, provide advice, analyze and troubleshoot the facilities as per job instruction or assignments in accordance to business operating system requirement to ensure maintaining high plant availability and reliability, optimal cost of production, high degree of platform process safety under the supervision of the Utilities Manager
  • Undertake resource planning to ensure right manning, and materials available for effective and efficient work execution. Perform all safety equipment routine checks to ensure operability and availability of the equipment
  • To monitor utility plant during emergency situations, make necessary work adjustments to ensure the emergency situation is managed in accordance with the approved Company Emergencies Procedures and operational interruption is minimized
  • Conduct on-job / classroom training for Technicians to develop their skills and competencies in performing assigned work and progression
  • Develop, review and update training manuals to ensure relevancy and validity in line with operational and regulatory changes

Requirements:

  • Minimum MCE/SPM level
  • Minimum 6 Years working experiences in the Manufacturing & Plant Industry, preferably in the Supervisory Position for 2 years
  • Able to communicate well in English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Possessed Steam Boiler Grade 1 Certificate is an added advantage
  • Relevant working experiences in Cooling Water system, Demin Water Plant, Nitrogen Plant, Air Compressors Unit, and Waste Water Treatment Plant is an added advantage
