Responsibilities:

• Configuration of Master Data;
• Prepare End user Training Documents/Manual;
• Perform Functionality Testing, Report Testing and Integration Testing;
• Analysis of Blueprint Document and detailed understanding of the business requirements;
• Validate the reports requirements for development of reports;
• Configuration and development of Solution Design Documents;
• Verification of Data Migration. E.g. Verification of Imported Open balances, Transactions and Stock Information;
• Prepare use cases and test cases for QA Testing and Functional Testing;
• Validation of Reports (Stock Valuation, Inventory, Customer & Vendor Aging Etc);
• Coordination with cross functional teams on Development and Customization activities;
• Ability to organize and coordinate with Cross functional team to gather exact customer requirement;
• Provide training to end-user and sort out day to day queries of end users;
• Provide UAT and Go-Live Support (Answering customer queries, Resolving Product related issues);
• Enhancement (New Functionality) of the VIENNA Advantage for end user based on requirement;
• Analysing client’s current business processes, helping develop business / functional requirements, designing solutions and helping with delivery of the solutions (to improve supply chain logistics and vendor management);
• Conducting workshops / training for clients to help analyse and define their business requirements and processes;
• Conducting fit / gap analysis of VIENNA ERP solutions and adapting them to meet client’s business requirements;
• End to End support in overall Project from conception to Launch. Continuous support from requirement gathering to solution implementations. Creating and maintaining a road map and strategy for customers;
• Support for Pre-Sales Solutioning and Proposals (RFP/RFQ);
• Designing and implementing new methods, procedures and systems to improve the processing and flow of information within the clients’ companies;
• Creating new process flows using the system tools for the customers;
• Cultivating business development opportunities: help with demos, pre-sales and be a part of the sales cycle;
• Helping customers in drafting scope of the SCM implementation. Negotiating for the best solutions based on the feature ability of the product;
• Risk assessment on Project Deliverable and timelines to be communicated in regular intervals to required stakeholders;
• Establishing, adopting, communicating and enforcing industry standards, financial principles and practices. And for systems documentation, ensuring best practices and testing that support an optimized data environment;
• Maintaining long-term client relationships and networks;
• Complete the project assignments within defined scope, budget and committed timelines;
• Being a self-starter with solid interpersonal skills, projecting a very positive customer-oriented attitude;
• Presentation Skills to demonstrate Product functionality to customer on need basis

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Information Technology/Information Systems/Computer Science or relevant field;
• Basic IT Skills (Operating Systems, Excel, Word, Visio (Good to Have), Balsamiq (Good to Have) & Powerpoint;
• Being a self-starter with solid interpersonal skills, projecting a very positive customer-oriented attitude;
• General understanding of:

(i) Procurement Process
(ii) Inventory Management
(iii) Inventory Cost (Good to Have)
(iv) Sales & CRM Process
(v) Material Planning (Good to Have)
(vi) Manufacturing Process Knowledge (Good to Have)

Project Manager is a professional who is passionate about fostering innovation and delivering value to our clients and he/she will oversee the implementation of IT infrastructure and software within the organisation. Their main duties include project planning, strategy and execution of tasks, resource allocation and project implementation that is in line with the organisation’s processes, standards and policies. They will be responsible for ensuring that project scopes are accurate, and deadlines are met in a timely manner. They will organize internal and client status meetings, update project schedules, create workflow procedures and engage in ongoing communications to ensure client satisfaction. They will also have to promote and ensure that the project team adhere to the project management & project control framework.

Responsibilities:

• Determine and define project scope and objectives;
• Managing 10 knowledge areas in project management including and not limited to risks, issues and stakeholder management;
• Creating and tracking project budgets and financial in terms of payment milestones and project costing;
• Planning for resources needed with immediate superior to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner;
• Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan;
• Technical writing, including the ability to understand a business problem, write out the requirements professionally and be able to translate that into an executable task;
• Work with clients to determine their specific business needs;
• Transform client’s requirements into IT system requirements;
• Analyse business processes and write procedure specifications;
• The main liaison between the client and executive/management team;
• Providing regular and up-to-date status reports to stakeholders;
• Vendor management to ensure the company’s data security, processes and policy adhered;
• Sustaining the project after completion by devising suitable maintenance and troubleshooting methods/procedures as part of handover to IT operation.

Requirements:

• An understanding of IT systems, networking, computer software and latest technologies
• Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills;
• Leadership skills;
• Logical problem solver, creative problem solver and result-oriented person who can operate under constraints;
• Strong organisational skills and ability to juggle multiple tasks;
• Has a track record of delivering IT projects on time and within budget & scope;
• Prefer applicants with an extensive background in IT particularly Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) package integration, custom software development and cloud computing;
• Have a working knowledge of project management tools, processes, framework and reporting standards;
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, project management, or a related field;
• 3-5 years of project management and related experience;
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or PRINCE2 attended preferred;
• Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle.
