Operations Manager (CMS Concrete Products Sdn Bhd)

Responsibilities:

• Perform unexpected machines break down with good manage of predictive maintenances; to minimize the down time, fully utilize the machineries with low idling time;
• Quality control; to ensure the product quality compliance with customer requirements;
• Purpose planning & Organizing for the production to improve the efficiency & customer services;
• Improve the products quality control with lower down the costs for better margin;
• Manage with better cost saving as control the wastage;
• Look for new materials as replacement materials, schedule waste and alternative materials to provide better quality and cost saving;
• To develop the high performance & advanced concrete for prepare the high specification requirements;
• To manage safely working environment for improve the health condition for the works place;
• To improve the Worker Health & Safety attitude & mindset;
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Engineering (Civil);
• Registered with Board of Engineer Malaysia (BEM);
• Registered with Institute of Engineer Malaysia (EIM);
• Experience in Readymix Concrete with Minimum at least 8+ years;
• At least 5 years in Management Position;
• Computer Skill – MS Office; 
• Able to converse in English and Bahasa Malaysia;
• Good writing and analytical skill;
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills;
• Able to work under minimum supervision.
