Human Resources Executive (Construction Materials Division)

Responsibilities

• Provide HR support in recruitment process and updates;
• Prepare employment and resignation related correspondence letters;
• Perform payroll administration and updates employee’s database timely;
• Checking staff claims, allowance and reimbursement;
• Handle ISO administration and requirement process (Training & Development);
• Handle training and development and assist superior and line managers in dealing with grievances and disciplinary issues;
• Handle foreign work pass application, renewal and procedures.

Requirements

• Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent;
• At least 3 years or more of direct hands-on HR experience, preferably in General HR function;
• Familiar with Sarawak Labour Ordinance, Employment Act and statutory employment bodies and foreign work Pass Regulations and Procedures;
• Proficient in MS Office application, Google Workspace, knowledge of SAP Payroll software is an added advantage;
• Able to meet multi-tasks deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment, good planning and follow-up skills;
• Possess excellent interpersonal skills and good in written and spoken (Bahasa Malaysia and English);
• Service-oriented and positive attitude personality, pro-active and meticulous.
