Appreciating our frontliners

2 & 13 April 2020 – Healthcare professionals on the frontlines are working long, hard hours to keep the community well taken care of during the COVID-19 pandemic. By the sweat of their brow, many of us are able to practice the Movement Control Order (MCO) feeling safe and assured – knowing that we are in good hands. To return the favour, CMS showed appreciation for the efforts of frontline staff working tirelessly at the Sarawak General Hospital (SGH) by donating essentials like canned food, beverage, biscuits and hospital-grade disinfectant amounting to RM4,000, along with 20 pieces of plastic pellets worth RM2,600 that were donated on a separate donation trip.

Our hearts go out to the gallant doctors, nurses, administrators and support staff who risk their lives everyday by looking out for others. We salute their bravery and recognise the fine and crucial work they are doing. To the frontliners persevering through the battle against COVID-19, we appreciate you and thank you for all that you do!
