（古晋10月13日讯）CMS Roads 私人有限公司今日宣布，全长43.2公里的美里-马鲁帝道路升级工程施工非常顺利，进度比原定计划的30个月快。 截至2017年9月25日， 升级工程已完成30.80%，比原定12.53%的完工进度超出 18.27%。 这项升级工程从2016年9月15日开始，由于施工条件不甚理想加上很多人非常关注这项重要的计划，因此2017年3月CMS Roads决定在每个季度主动汇报升级工程的进度。 针对升级工程第三次简报，CMS Roads 有限公司董事拿督理查（Richard Curtis）说：“尽管这项工程面对许多挑战，包括道路地理位置偏僻而引起的建材运输问题、气候、农作物补偿以及在施工期间必须开放道路供公众使用，但是我们很高兴宣布，整个工程进度比原定计划提前了数个星期。为了实现此工程的目标，我们已认真研究在这条路上行驶的各种交通工具以及它们对道路升级工程的影响。这项工程已施工12个月，我们一如既往地专注完成道路升级工程，使道路更坚固耐用，让穿行于美里和马鲁帝的公路使用者感到更安全。” 工程进度最新消息（截至2017年9月25日）： 道路升级工程原定进度：53% 实际进度：80% 进度超前27% 新铺路面：83 公里 已铺路基：68 公里 钢筋混凝土圆管：共21条已装好12条 路边排水沟：已完成8公里（道路两侧） 公共工程局和土地测量局积极协助处理土地问题。 CMS Roads会在2018年初再公布工程进度的最新消息
